FOR ATTORNEYS

Your next move.
On your terms.

More meaningful work. A different environment. Room to grow. Whatever comes next, it should start with what matters to you.

Let’s talk about your future

A good next step
starts with a better
understanding of you.

THE HUNTURO PERSPECTIVE

YOUR AMBITION. OUR ATTENTION.

Space to consider
what comes next.

A career is personal.
Your search should be, too.

You don’t need to have every answer before you start a conversation. Tell us about the work you enjoy, the experience you want to build, and what you’d like to change.

We work with attorneys considering law firm and in-house opportunities across the United States. Your priorities guide the conversation—and the direction of your search.

THE DETAILS THAT MAKE THE DIFFERENCE

01 / YOUR PRIORITIES
01

The work.

Practice interests, responsibilities, and the experience you want to gain.

02

The environment.

Team structure, location, work arrangements, and how you do your best work.

03

The future.

Professional growth, compensation expectations, and your longer-term direction.

DISCRETION IS PART OF THE PROCESS

Your search.
Your boundaries.

A conversation is a starting point.
It isn’t permission to distribute your résumé.

01

Agree on the scope.

We discuss the opportunities you want to consider, the information you’re comfortable sharing, and the employers you want excluded.

02

Share with authorization.

Introductions follow your active, agreed sharing authorization. You can update your preferences, add exclusions, or withdraw authorization.

03

Stay in the conversation.

Get a direct point of contact for interview preparation, employer feedback, offer discussions, and next steps.

ROOM FOR QUESTIONS

Considering
a conversation?

Do I need to be actively looking?

No. You can start by talking through your goals and what you might want from a future move. A conversation doesn’t commit you to pursuing an opportunity.

Will my résumé be shared automatically?

No. Contacting us is not permission to share your résumé. We agree on a recruiting scope and record your affirmative sharing authorization, including employer exclusions, before introductions.

What should I include in my first message?

A brief introduction, your practice interests, preferred location, and what you’re hoping to explore are enough to start. Please don’t include client-confidential information or sensitive personal documents.

YOUR NEXT CHAPTER

Make room for
what comes next.

You bring your ambition and your questions.
We’ll bring a listening ear and a thoughtful approach.
