CANDIDATE CONSENT
A conversation is not permission to share your résumé.
We agree the roles, locations, and employer types you want to consider. We record your exclusions and clarify any boundary that is unclear before making introductions.
Before we share your information, you give us clear permission for introductions within the agreed scope. It covers your latest supplied résumé and the professional summary we agree to use; you do not need to approve each introduction that fits the scope.
We ask for express permission before sharing additional material or compensation information. You can update preferences, add exclusions, or withdraw authorization at any time. We do not make new introductions outside your active scope.
